The role of Office Administrator, offering support to the Finance Accountant, Finance Manager and Company Directors, is diverse and varied. This is a part-time role, 30 hours per week, ideally suited to a professional with forestry industry experience being a real advantage. You will be methodical, extremely accurate and pay great attention to detail.
Key aspects of the role:
- Reconciliation of forestry docket system
- Uploading log export data
- Liaising with cartage operators, export operators, sales customers etc
- Supplier invoice reconciliations
- General administrative/reception functions
- Assisting with accounts as required by the Financial Accountant
