Administration Manager

Our client is a well-established Law Firm based in Rotorua, with a nation-wide and international client base. They are now looking for a proactive Administration Manager, to provide a key support role to the Firm Principal and team.
  
This is an ideal role which allows for that essential work-life balance.  Requiring approximately 20 – 30 hours per week, you’ll add value to the Firm with your outstanding organisational, communication skills and keen eye for accuracy. This role is pivotal to the success of the Firm. Working closely with the Firm Principal, you will be a hardworking and well organised individual. You will be meticulous, extremely accurate, high achieving and committed to success.
  
Key aspects of this key include; but not limited to:
  
  • Trust Account management and accounting
  • Monthly management accounting i.e reporting
  • Debtor management
  • Billing targets and budgets
  • Assistance with website management
  • International business development
  • Systems and procedure development
  • Personnel management – HR functions and performance reviews
  
The successful candidate will have excellent computer literacy, be organised and systematic in their approach, along with having a strong understanding of accounting functions, ideally Trust Account management experience. Your lifestyle will allow for flexibility in the role, including being able to commit to last minute requirements and up to 30 hours pw, as needed.
