A proud Rotorua local, Kellie brings nearly three decades of business experience to her role as Directors of Talent ID Recruitment Ltd. Throughout her career, Kellie has maintained strong connections within the Bay of Plenty and Hawkes Bay regions, passionately advocating for the diverse career opportunities available in the region.

With a professional background spanning local government, communications and public relations, Kellie has dedicated the past 20 years to recruitment and human relations needs.

Under Kellie's leadership, Talent ID has achieved notable recognition, winning the Emerging Business of the Year at the 2008 Westpac Rotorua Business Excellence Awards and the Small Recruitment Agency of the Year at the 2016 Seek Recruitment Awards. Most recently, the firm was named as a finalist in the Professional Services category of the 2024 Rotorua Business Awards.

Kellie specialises in recruiting senior executive roles across not-for-profit, community, and Iwi-based organisations. Deeply committed to giving back, she actively contributes to the local community through awards sponsorships, business award judging panels, and fundraising initiatives for organisations including the Rotorua Community Hospice and the Graeme Dingle Foundation.

Holly has spent the past 20 years working within the Travel and Tourism industry and she brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience. Holly has previously operated her own business as a Travel Broker. More recently she has spent the past few years teaching at New Zealand School of Tourism where she gained many transferable skills for her role here with Talent ID.

Holly specialises in the placement of both temporary staff and permanent placements in a variety of roles. You’ll find her super friendly and knowledgeable to deal with, along with being committed to placing candidates into roles that are that essential fit.

Her diverse professional background includes valuable experience with the Ministry of Social Development behind the scenes providing customer service and resolutions as well as financial information. Here she developed expertise in connecting with people from all different walks of life from CEO's to caregivers.

Bex has also made significant contributions to the local charitable sector through her work with Swim-Able NZ, an organisation that empowers individuals of all capabilities and backgrounds to develop water confidence. These varied roles have equipped her with a unique ability to support people in achieving their goals across different contexts.

Known for her detailed approach, approachability and focused commitment to excellence, Bex excels at maximising opportunities for both clients and candidates. Aleesha Kemp

Recruitment and Human Resources Specialist Taupō

Aleesha joined the team in March 2024, bringing HR & Recruitment experience to support businesses in the Taupō and South Waikato regions. After returning from maternity leave, she was excited to re-engage with the local community and help organisations thrive.

Before becoming a mum, Aleesha spent seven years in a generalist HR role with a manufacturing company in Taupō. During that time, she honed her expertise in various HR functions, from recruitment and payroll to performance management, health & safety, employee engagement, and training & development. Aleesha also led key projects and working groups to shape the company’s people strategy. It was through this hands-on experience that she developed a true passion for recruitment and onboarding, working closely with people to ensure the best fit for roles and making a meaningful impact on the business.

Aleesha's career journey also includes an HR internship with the local Council, where she gained valuable insight into local government operations. She holds a Bachelor of Management Studies in Human Resource Management and Marketing from the University of Waikato.

Aleesha enjoys building strong partnerships with clients, offering tailored support across a wide range of industries. She is known for her organisational and planning skills, and relationship-building abilities. She is dedicated to delivering high-quality service and helping businesses grow. Her extensive background in HR and recruitment makes her a valuable asset to the team.

Cocktails For A Cause 2024

We hosted Talent ID Cocktails For A Cause in June 2024 raising $3,010.52 for the Graeme Dingle Foundation Rotorua. Terrace Kitchen served expertly crafted cocktails and delicious food while guests enjoyed live music.

Rotorua Marathon

In May 2024, we completed the Rotorua Half Marathon and we couldn’t be more proud of ourselves. We raised $1,050 for Rotorua Community Hospice which we are so pleased about. Thank you to everyone who supported us in this adventure.

$250 per placement for Hawke's Bay Foundation Cyclone Relief Fund

For every permanent or executive placement out of our Hawke’s Bay branch between August-October 2023, we donated $250 to the Hawke’s Bay Foundation’s Cyclone Relief Fund.
