- Providing generalist HR advice and support to managers and employees

- Ensuring HR processes remain compliant with employment legislation and company policies
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and organisational success
- At least 3 years' experience in a generalist HR advisory role
- Strong knowledge of employment relations and people management practices
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident influencing and coaching stakeholders at all levels
- A solutions-focused approach with strong organisational skills
