Te Taura O Waiariki is the Te Arawa Iwi–Māori Partnership Board (IMPB), established to ensure iwi Māori have a strong, unified voice in the design and delivery of health services across the Te Arawa rohe.

You’re not just organised, you’re intentional, culturally aware, and grounded in how you show up.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- An administrative, personal assistant, or executive support background.
- Experience managing calendars, correspondence, and documentation for senior staff.
- A relevant qualification in business administration or a related field is an advantage.
You’ll bring the following skills and attributes:
- Reliable and detail-oriented, able to follow tasks through to completion.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
- Confident communicator, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Able to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration in a kaupapa-led team.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential information.
- A high level of computer literacy, with confidence using the Microsoft Office Suite, as well as the ability to bring in new technology to streamline work processes.
