On behalf of our Taupō‑based client we are looking for a proactive and organised Business Services Team Assistant to help keep their busy operation running smoothly.
This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, takes initiative, and enjoys being the friendly, reliable go‑to person for staff, visitors, and suppliers. You would be working 20 - 25 hours per week, so ideal for someone wanting to maintain a work/ life balance.
About the role
You’ll support day‑to‑day office operations, including:
- Reception, phone and email enquiries
- Meeting and training room coordination
- Invoice processing
- Uniform and stock management
- Procurement and courier support
- IT and phone/SIM onboarding assistance
- General office tasks that keep everything humming
- Experience in admin, reception or customer service
- Strong communication and people skills
- Great organisation, accuracy and time‑management
- Confidence with Microsoft Office
- A positive, adaptable attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
