Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, the organisation is seeking an experienced professional to join the team in the role of Business Development Executive.

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, supporting Polynesian Spa’s continued domestic and international success as visitor numbers grow.

In this role, the successful candidate will:
- Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager to bring marketing, sales, and business development strategies to life across the organisation
- Contribute to the creation and execution of compelling sales and marketing campaigns that support business growth
- Help craft marketing collateral that authentically reflects Polynesian Spa’s brand story
- Coordinate print, online, and digital marketing activity to ensure consistent, high‑impact messaging
- Support the planning, creation, and scheduling of engaging social media content
- Manage updates to the company website to keep information fresh, accurate, and on‑brand
- Oversee key databases and e‑communications to maintain strong customer and partner connections
- Represent Polynesian Spa at industry events, helping to elevate the brand’s presence and profile

To succeed in this role, you will bring strong administrative capability to ensure smooth, efficient processes across all business development and marketing activities. A high level of accuracy, exceptional attention to detail, and confident written and verbal communication are essential.
Ideally, the successful candidate will offer:
- Relevant industry or business‑related tertiary qualifications
- Proven business development and marketing experience (3+ years)
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent administrative, written, and verbal communication abilities
- High computer literacy, including Adobe Suite, Canva, EDM and CMS platforms
- Website administration experience, with WordPress preferred
