Ko te mahi | Job Overview

We are seeking an organised and personable Administrator to join the NZHL team in their Rotorua branch on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll be the backbone of the office – responsible for the effective day-to-day operation through the provision of efficient administration and sales support to the New Business Consultants, Client Servicing Consultants, and Business Owners.

This is a varied and hands-on role encompassing front desk and reception duties, office administration, CRM and sales support. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining office systems and procedures, managing equipment and suppliers, and supporting health and safety compliance.

If you thrive in a busy environment where no two days are the same and you enjoy being the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly, this could be the perfect role for you.

Ngā pūkenga | Key Requirements
  • A minimum of one years’ experience in reception, administration, or customer service
  • A passion to be part of a team that empowers people to achieve their financial goals
  • Sound knowledge of current administrative procedures and practices
  • Demonstrated ability with computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, internet, scheduling programmes, and databases
  • Ability to effectively engage with a wide range of people, with initiative, flexibility, and adaptability
  • Professional presentation and a genuine commitment to excellent customer service
