We are seeking an organised and personable Administrator to join the NZHL team in their Rotorua branch on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll be the backbone of the office – responsible for the effective day-to-day operation through the provision of efficient administration and sales support to the New Business Consultants, Client Servicing Consultants, and Business Owners.
- A minimum of one years’ experience in reception, administration, or customer service
- A passion to be part of a team that empowers people to achieve their financial goals
- Sound knowledge of current administrative procedures and practices
- Demonstrated ability with computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, internet, scheduling programmes, and databases
- Ability to effectively engage with a wide range of people, with initiative, flexibility, and adaptability
- Professional presentation and a genuine commitment to excellent customer service
