Key Requirements:
- Relevant and demonstrated level of administration experience
- Provide timely and accurate financial services, which could include accounts payable,
accounts receivable, debt management, consolidated accounts, reconciliation and/or
database management - Advise and assist customers seeking information on financial services
- Adhere to all Oranga Tamariki procedures, policies, guidelines,
and standards of integrity and conduct - Demonstrated excellence in the provision of customer focused
financial, administrative, and corporate advice, and services to
managers and staff - Demonstrates initiative in addressing issues and problems
arising in the role - Calm professional demeanor, with the ability to maintain
performance under stress
This role will be 6 months with the possibility to extend or become permanent.
