Temp Credit Claims Processor - Rotorua

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance professional for a short-term temp assignment, approximately 4-6 weeks based in Rotorua. This role will support the Finance team with customer credits and claims processing. Immediate start is preferred.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Process customer credits accurately into the system on a daily basis
  • Ensure credits are completed within two-week timeframes
  • Investigate and report on credits "In Process" on a weekly basis
  • Maintain accurate records and generate timely reports
  • Liaise with internal teams regarding credit queries
  • Support month-end processes and deadlines
  • Maintain organized workspace and documentation
Ideally you will have:
  • A background in finance or accounts processing (advantageous)
  • Experience with large integrated ERP systems (preferred)
  • Strong Excel skills with analytical capabilities
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage high volume transactions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Adaptability to accommodate changing priorities
