We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Stock Controller to join the Vetora team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of stock management across multiple clinic locations, implement process improvements, and play a key role in reducing financial risk while improving operational efficiency.
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you'll be instrumental in establishing best-practice stock control systems and building capability across the business.
Tohu me te wheako | Qualifications & Experience
- A relevant tertiary qualification and/or significant experience in stock control, inventory management, or a similar role
- Experience working with stock management software (ezyVet and NetSuite experience desirable but not essential)
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills
- Familiarity with financial processes and controls (experience working within a finance team is an advantage)

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with an analytical mindset
- Ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with a drive for continuous improvement
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with strong influencing ability
