The ideal candidate for this role will bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a human resources role, demonstrating a strong track record of delivering results, with advanced knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, with the ability to create professional presentations and contribute to organisational development initiatives.
- A sound working knowledge of payroll processes and systems.
- Previous experience in developing and implementing strategic HR plans.
- Familiarity with the Employment Hero platform (or similar HRIS) would be advantageous.
