Ko wai tātou | Job Overview
This role is pivotal in ensuring amazing customer service by being the front face of the office, delivering safety briefings, answering phone calls & taking bookings, responding to emails and assisting with customer queries. This is a fixed term role until the end of April 2026, offering full-time hours with an immediate start date.

- You will have a high standard of customer service experience, ideally within the tourism industry
- A high standard of personal presentation and confident dealing with people from diverse backgrounds
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively under pressure
- Polite and friendly phone manner
- Extremely safety conscious with commitment to health and safety protocols
- Fun, outgoing personality with flexible approach and strong team collaboration skills
- Be able and willing to work weekends and also overtime in the busy season
