- Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, commerce, tourism, economics, or related field
- Previous exposure to tourism trade and building relationships with industry partners
- Experience managing large and/or complex teams
- Sales management experience in medium to large organizations
Kōrero mōu | About You
- 3-5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally within tourism, retail, or consumer sectors
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms, especially Google Ads and Meta
- Strong content creation and exceptional copywriting skills across multiple platforms
- Experience in retail management and understanding of merchandising principles
- Results-driven approach with high attention to detail
- Strong leadership capabilities and professional approach to work
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Dedication to promoting company values and culture
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key tourism trade partners, including inbound tour operators (ITOs), wholesalers, travel agents, and tourism booking platforms
- Willingness to represent the business at tourism trade shows, sales missions, and networking events
