We are seeking an experienced Client Financial Lead to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. This hands-on, client-focused role involves delivering expert bookkeeping and financial support directly to a portfolio of clients. Beyond ensuring compliance, you will provide clarity, insight, and practical guidance to help clients understand and maximise the value of their financial information. A key aspect of the role is building client confidence and capability in managing their own financial systems where appropriate.
In addition to working closely with clients, you will collaborate across teams, review client work internally, assist with managing the bookkeeping team’s workflow, and provide training and development to both clients and team members as required. This position combines technical expertise with leadership and relationship management, playing a crucial role in the ongoing success of both our clients and the team.
Tohu me te wheako | Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or degree qualification preferred but not essential
- Proven experience in a CA environment or dealing with multiple entities or departments within a similar role preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Xero, Payroll systems, Microsoft Office Suite and other financial management systems
- Knowledge of Power BI would be advantageous
- Understanding of tikanga me te reo māori, and/or commitment to further develop or learn
