Based in Rotorua, this key role sits at the heart of the organisation, providing high-quality financial and administrative support. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, supporting budget tracking, and assisting with regular financial reporting. Your accuracy, discretion, and organisational skills will help ensure that key deadlines are met and financial processes run efficiently. Ideally, you’ll have worked in a finance or accounts administration role before and have experience managing accounts payable/receivable, handling financial documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
