Office Administrator - Rotorua

Our client is a service centre for all major audio-visual and whiteware brands and been in operation since 1999. They are located in Rotorua but also cover the wider Bay of Plenty and Waikato regions.

A key opportunity for an enthusiastic person looking for a new career path to join this hardworking, but down to earth team has become available. They are looking for a highly organised administration support person to join their team.

Key aspects of this role include; 
  • First point of contact for customers
  • Respond to customer queries, e-mails and phone calls
  • Ordering of parts and receipting inwards goods
  • Booking of repair work
  • Providing customers with estimates, assisting with quotes
  • Record management of customer and service-related information
  • Ability to liaise with technicians be part of the team
  • Coordination and scheduling for our other branch
  • General administration duties
  The successful candidate will:
  • Be able to orchestrate multiple activities, staying calm under pressure, to accomplish a goal
  • Be systems and process orientated
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Be able to relate well to all kinds of people and build internal and external relationships
  • Be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, being decisive and though provoking
  • Be a strong communicator 
  • Have excellent time management skills and the natural ability to coordinate for purposeful outcomes, working with pace as required
  • A friendly and positive attitude
  
This role is full-time Monday to Friday 8.30-5.00pm with some flexibility available for an outstanding candidate. There is opportunity to develop new software skills and learn other areas of the business as cross training will be provided enabling you to be a fully integrated and versatile asset to the business operations.
