Job Overview
This key role is responsible for the development and success of our service division based in Rotorua. You’ll manage current and future service contracts, ensuring top-quality delivery while supporting the growth of our lubrication product sales. You’ll also oversee a small team that delivers condition monitoring programmes to a select number of customers per quarter, nationwide and reporting on data gathered. Part of that involves working alongside other members of the team on site and/or hands on at sites yourself.

Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in a hydraulics-focused role
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage service delivery
• Strong commercial acumen and sales experience
• Good working knowledge of H&S and compliance practices
• Medium computer literacy, with exposure to job management systems like Tradify
• Willingness to travel nationally, including occasional overnight stays
- Can communicate the value of our services clearly and professionally
• Understands the technical challenges our customers face
• Brings strong problem-solving and organisational skills
• Has a hands-on approach and leads by example
• Is customer-focused with excellent relationship-building abilities
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment and contributes to wider business success
