We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Services Manager to lead and enhance the operational efficiency of SRSL. Based in Taupo and reporting to the CFO, you will manage and develop the Business Services team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations across various business functions. Your responsibilities include fostering team resilience, driving process improvements, and ensuring high-quality support services. The ideal candidate will bring experience in office management, financial oversight, and team leadership, with a strong focus on efficiency and relationship building. Tohu me te wheako |Qualifications & Experience
 
  • Relevant qualification in administration, business management or a related field is preferred.
  • Several years of experience in an office management role, ideally within a small to medium-sized company, working across a variety of divisions.
  • Previous accounts payable experience or a financial background would be advantageous.
  • Payroll experience or working knowledge is preferable, including experience with the IMS Payroll system would be advantageous.

  • Computer Savvy: Proficient in using various computer software, including the Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related applications.
