Ko wai tātou | Job Overview
We're looking for a personable Sales Coordinator to join the Exeter team. In this role, you'll be the friendly voice answering inquiries, having meaningful conversations with potential clients, and helping guide them through their journey. You'll manage our CRM system (keeping everything neat and tidy!), reach out to new leads, and help create marketing materials that showcase what makes Exeter Homes special. Your working week will be Tuesday through to Saturday with a shorter day on Saturdays.
It's a varied role where you'll balance phone calls, follow-ups, and creative tasks—perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people while keeping things organised behind the scenes. You'll report directly to the Managing Director/Sales Manager, who's looking forward to welcoming a new team member with fresh ideas and enthusiasm.

- Experience with CRM systems or a knack for learning new software quickly
