- Proven experience in payroll processing and administration
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation, tax, and Kiwi Saver obligations

- Experience with payroll software such as Xero, MYOB, or similar
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
