Skills & Experience:
- Previously demonstrated experience in administrative roles.
- Have previous experience coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and supporting internal communications.
- Are self-motivated, proactive, and confident working independently or as part of a team.
- Have a high level of accuracy and are organised to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and deadlines are met.
- Have an ability to quickly adapt to new environments, priorities, and tasks.
- Are proficient with computers (MS Office or Google Suite) and can learn new systems quickly.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Offer a professional and approachable customer-service manner when engaging with all stakeholders.
