Commercial Projects (Property) Professional
This is a part-time role - 2 days per week, on a fixed term basis.
- Due Diligence Management: Conduct comprehensive due diligence for major commercial property acquisitions, upgrades, and renovation projects
- Agreement Drafting: Prepare and negotiate commercial agreements and contracts
- Project Oversight: Manage multiple high-value commercial projects from inception through completion
- Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate commercial, legal, and financial risks in property transactions
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams, external advisors, legal counsel, and project partners
- Strategic Analysis: Provide commercial insights and recommendations on investment opportunities
- Corporate Experience: Minimum 5+ years in senior commercial roles within property, finance, or related sectors
- Commercial Acumen: Proven track record of managing large-scale commercial transactions
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-faceted projects
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyse complex commercial situations and provide strategic recommendations
- Legal Background / Finance Expertise / Property Sector experience + experience doing due diligence – specifically with regard to property.
