Documentation Administrator - Taupo
The Documentation Administrator Temp will be responsible for:
- Assist with controlled document amendment and publishing, including procedures, log sheets and databases.
- Assist with writing up new documents and format them into the correct templates.
- Assist with management of controlled documentation system.
- Assist with building new forms and databases using MS apps such as Forms, Excel
- Assist with moving existing manual log sheets into electronic log sheets where required.
We're looking for a candidate with strong computer literacy who genuinely enjoys this type of work, as the role involves a significant amount of screen time and documentation processing.
The ideal candidate should have the following skills or experience:
- Proficient word-processing skills
- Proficient Excel skills
- Proficient in building Forms
- Familiarity and proficiency in collaboration platform such as shared hard drive, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, etc.
- Some familiarity with the controlled documentation system would be a big advantage.
This temp role will give you the opportunity to demonstrate your skillset and apply your expertise in one of Taupo’s larger employers in the district and it is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and work for one of New Zealand’s largest Māori export businesses.
