Ko wai tātou | Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial & Projects Executive (30 hours per week) to support the delivery of key commercial initiatives and projects. Reporting to the Commercial & Projects Manager, you'll play a vital role in enhancing customer experience, strengthening community partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This dynamic role involves coordinating communications (social media, website, newsletters), managing tenant relationships, supporting data analysis and reporting, and helping identify new commercial opportunities across leases, parking, and services. You’ll also assist with sponsorships and community initiatives that reinforce RRA’s role as a key regional enabler.

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Business, Commerce, or relevant qualification; alongside practical working knowledge of business management and commercial operations.
  • Strong commercial acumen and proven success within a commercial environment.
  • Previous experience managing projects and supporting business cases with strong financial understanding and analytical skills.
  • Previous experience coordinating and delivering service-oriented outcomes, with a focus on end-to-end client management.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office, Power BI and Survey Monkey would be an advantageous.

  • Cultural Awareness: Politically astute and culturally sensitive, navigating diverse stakeholder needs with discretion and sound judgement.
