A proud Rotorua local, Kellie brings nearly three decades of business experience to her role as Directors of Talent ID Recruitment Ltd. Throughout her career, Kellie has maintained strong connections within the Bay of Plenty region, passionately advocating for the diverse career opportunities available in the region.

With a professional background spanning local government, communications and public relations, Kellie has dedicated the past 20 years to recruitment and human relations needs.

Under Kellie's leadership, Talent ID has achieved notable recognition, winning the Emerging Business of the Year at the 2008 Westpac Rotorua Business Excellence Awards and the Small Recruitment Agency of the Year at the 2016 Seek Recruitment Awards. Most recently, the firm was named as a finalist in the Professional Services category of the 2024 Rotorua Business Awards.

Kellie specialises in recruiting senior executive roles across not-for-profit, community, and Iwi-based organisations. Deeply committed to giving back, she actively contributes to the local community through awards sponsorships, business award judging panels, and fundraising initiatives for organisations including the Rotorua Community Hospice and the Graeme Dingle Foundation.

Having called Rotorua home for most of her life, Amanda brings over 20 years of experience and a genuine passion for helping both businesses and people alike reach their full potential. Her diverse professional background spanning account and relationship management, sales, and digital marketing across a range of industries and business sizes has equipped her with an ability to understand what people and businesses need — and deliver results.

Backed by formal qualifications in Communications and Marketing, Amanda's commitment to growth extends well beyond the classroom. As Area Facilitator for She Is Unleashed in Rotorua, she is deeply embedded in the local business community, thriving on building meaningful connections and bringing a natural warmth and energy to every interaction, whether in a business setting or beyond.

Over the years we have supported the community in many ways from fundraising to careers expos to sponsoring and judging Business Awards. Here is what we have been supporting lately:

Rotorua Marathon 2025

Team Talent (Kellie, Bex and Chopper) completed the 12km event at the Rotorua Red Stag Marathon May 2025. This marks our third consecutive year participating to raise funds for charity, and this year we were thrilled to support the Rotorua Community Hospice. We raised over $600. Your support means the world to us and makes a real difference to the hospice services in our community.

Cocktails For A Cause 2024

We hosted Talent ID Cocktails For A Cause in June 2024 raising $3,010.52 for the Graeme Dingle Foundation Rotorua. Terrace Kitchen served expertly crafted cocktails and delicious food while guests enjoyed live music.

Rotorua Marathon 2024

In May 2024, we completed the Rotorua Half Marathon and we couldn’t be more proud of ourselves. We raised $1,050 for Rotorua Community Hospice which we are so pleased about. Thank you to everyone who supported us in this adventure.
