Business Support Co-ordinator

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team based in Taupo to provide support to the leadership team and wider business. 

To be successful in this role you must be action orientated, have excellent communication skills, enjoy an autonomous work style while taking ownership and accountability of your work, along with brilliant organisational ability.  You will also have a proactive approach to work and demonstrate a willingness to acquire new skills. 

Key accountabilities of the role include:   
  • Accounts payable and payroll processing
  • Administration of staff training and associated documentation
  • Management of all travel and accommodation requests
  • Business support to the leadership team
  • General office administration duties
Our ideal candidate will be well-known for their helpful and approachable manner, and have at least three years’ experience within in a similar role, demonstrating excellent computer literacy across the Microsoft office suite of applications. Xero experience including accounts payable and payroll will be beneficial. This is a new role to the business and is varied, and candidates will need strong time management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
