Asset Management Administrator

We’re currently looking for a capable, ‘hit-the-ground-running’ administrator who can join our client on a two-month contract to assist their Asset Management team during a busy period.  If you are a self-starter, who is efficient, have a background in finance and or property administration then this could be a good stepping stone for you.

Key accountabilities:
  • Preparing initial budgets for the team and working with them to finalise
  • Reconciling expenses and invoicing
  • Setting up rent reviews
  • Preparing letters that go out to tenants or suppliers
  • Collaborating with the Finance Team for day-to-day transactions i.e. rent collection / budgets / reporting
  • Supports all lease administration activities
  
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
  • Savvy in using Excel for financial, accounting and budgetary purposes.
  • Understands finance and the administrator elements involved
  • Has worked in the property industry before, possibly as a junior property manager or administrator.
  • Has good business acumen
  • Can identify and assist in managing risks
  • Is passionate about delivering results
  • Plans effectively and takes ownership, initiative, and accountability for delivering on expectations despite obstacles
  • Personal resilience
  • Customer service focus
We need someone to start ASAP for this 2-month contract. Tauranga or Auckland location will be considered.
