Sales & Business Development Manager
The Rotorua branch, is currently in growth mode and as such require a relationship and sales driven individual to lead the Sales and Business Development of the business.
You will be a well networked, top performer in sales with a proven track record, professional and hard-working, you will be expected to build long lasting relationships with existing and new clients with a non-invasive approach.
In time, with continued success the opportunity exists for you to further advance your career. Succession planning is absolutely critical to the current owners, so the sky is the limit for you here!
The overall key aspects of the role, are to build, secure and maintain a strong client base through relationship building; consulting with the existing team, together you will deliver product excellence in a timely and efficient manner. This is largely an autonomous role, so you will be extremely self-motivated, and driven to succeed. Honesty, Integrity and Team Work are key values of this branch, and you will posses those values to match!
A Full Time role, however if you believe you have the required skills and passion, Part Time hours will also be considered for the right candidate. You will be remunerated by way of base salary, plus commission. The role also includes a company vehicle, laptop and phone.
