Our client is a leading retailer of Hot Spring Spa pools and associated products, also running a busy repair and maintenance workshop. They pride themselves on the exceptional service offered to clients in both sales, repairs and maintenance, and after sales care. As the business continues to grow, we are now recruiting an exceptional sales orientated person to add to their team.
This is a pivotal role within their business - being front line and the key point of contact for sales and general enquiries. The key focus of this role is to maximise sales opportunities and to grow the revenue stream of new spa pool sales. In addition to this, the role also involves day to day administrative duties - essentially you will be the hub that keeps the daily business operations flowing efficiently and effectively.
Key aspects of the role include;
- Sales, including keeping up to date with product knowledge
- General office administration, filing, diary management
- Client communication
- Booking jobs
- Stock control, purchasing and dispatch
- Cleaning of the office and show room
- Website maintenance and stock updates
Sales experience would be ideal, with approximately 85% of the role dedicated to sales and support. Our client sells through both product knowledge and support, backed up by outstanding after sales support, therefore you’ll be a proactive self-starter who is adept at putting systems and processes in place, organising the office and team and keeping this busy business ticking over. You’ll be a great communicator and fit in with this busy, but fun team of professionals.
This is a full-time, permanent role, 40-45 hours per week with a requirement to work every third Saturday and the occasional Sunday.
