Minute Secretary / Administrator

Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator to provide minute taking support to the Board and Committee Meetings. This role will also assist with providing administration support to the wider functions of the organisation.

Our ideal candidate will have -
  • Minute taking experience
  • Competent shorthand skills (preferred)
  • Attention to detail, be methodical and have a high level of accuracy
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Knowledge of Te Reo and Maori organisations (meetings may be conducted in both English and Te Reo)
This is a permanent, full-time position of 40 hours per week.
