Our client is a locally owned and operated manufacturing business located here in Tauranga but exporting their products to the world. They are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their busy team, assisting with the day to day administration functions of the business.
Working within a small team environment, you will be responsible for:
- Processing of accounts payable and receivable
- Invoicing and receipting
- Completing quotes and orders
- Producing customs documents for export
- Liaising with shipping companies
- Health and safety administration
- General administrative and reception duties as required
To be successful in this role you will need to have great attention to detail and organisational skills, as well as flexibility to cope with changing priorities. Knowledge of import and export would be an advantage but not a must.
